1. Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
For delivery-only products, 100% of the purchase price must be paid at the time of order placement.
Ameri Outdoor Furniture does not process payment information over the phone for customer security.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted, and applicable sales taxes (HST, GST, or PST) will be added at checkout.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
Ameri Outdoor Furniture does not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

1. The product is returned within 7 days of purchase.

2. The product is in its original condition and packaging.

3. The product is not a floor model.

4. The product has not been used, damaged, or modified.

5. A 5% restocking fee applies.

6. The returned item is inspected and approved by store management.

For delivered items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned or exchanged products must be received and inspected before any credit or exchange is processed.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are typically scheduled between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Delivery time windows are based on best efforts and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the products at the time of delivery.

All products should be carefully inspected upon delivery.
Any issues, damages, or defects must be reported immediately to the delivery team or our customer service team.
Failure to report issues at delivery time constitutes acceptance of the products as received.

4. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once products leave our facility or are handed over to the carrier.
Ameri Outdoor Furniture will assist customers in filing claims for shipping damage but is not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been accepted by the carrier or customer.

5. Force Majeure

Ameri Outdoor Furniture shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
acts of nature, fire, floods, windstorms, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, riots, or transportation delays.
In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

The customer acknowledges that Ameri Outdoor Furniture makes no additional express or implied warranties regarding the merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose of any product.
Customers assume all responsibility for the use, handling, and installation of purchased products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ameri Outdoor Furniture shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Economic loss or inconvenience

• Loss of use, profits, or goodwill

• Personal injury or property damage arising from the use or installation of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any dispute or claim arising from the purchase or use of Ameri Outdoor Furniture products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

8. Changes to Terms

Ameri Outdoor Furniture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Revised terms will be posted on our website and apply to future purchases.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
