Returns

An item that is new, unused, and in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 3 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.
A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Pickup or redelivery services are available for an additional charge.
Please note: Merchandise cannot be refunded while in transit.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, or

The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt, and the item must be returned in the same condition received.
Customers are responsible for transportation or delivery costs related to exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Warranty

3-year limited warranty on the structural integrity of all cast aluminum frames against defects in materials or workmanship.

1-year limited warranty on non-frame components (such as cushions, fabrics, fire pit burners, ignition systems, and tabletops).

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective item (at our discretion) at no charge.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, acts of nature, improper care, or commercial use.
